Delivery

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with your tracking link. Please allow up to 1-5 business days for processing and shipping your order. For a more accurate processing time, please email [email protected]. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Tracking

If you notice delays or issues when tracking your package, please contact the carrier. We are unable to provide information about your package once it has been shipped. We are unable to redirect orders once a shipment is en route. If a change in the shipping address is required, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible

Customs

If there are customs duties, VAT, or import duties on international shipments, the customer is responsible for paying them upon delivery. Each country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages, and Luna Ria cannot estimate these charges. Keep in mind that customs processing may delay your package.
